Fixed Fee Probate
Coopers Solicitors are able to offer a fixed fee probate option where executors/personal representatives are happy to deal with the administration themselves but would like assistance in obtaining probate. This means that the executors/personal representatives do not need to have a personal meeting at the Probate Registry and will save money on the Probate Court Fee.
Our standard price for obtaining probate is £200 (no VAT). We can assist with all aspects of an administration such as completing Inland Revenue forms, liaising with the Revenue, transferring assets and property to beneficiaries and selling property. We are fair and open with our costs and will give you an estimate on such matters.
